I believe that we, as humans, were created to thrive as individuals within the context of a community with which to share ideas, dreams, fears and experiences. However, the comfort and ease of technology have put walls up in our world that make it easy to stay in contact with people but harder to 'connect'. Technology isn't going anywhere, and as the saying goes, "if you can't beat 'em, join em!" So, this website is one man's attempt to use technology to overcome a lack of community, to share and update my life with friends both old and new.
